We provide daily planned activities for our residents, and all meals are included, along with laundry and housekeeping services.

What are your visiting hours?
We recommend visiting between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. We do lock our doors in the evenings. If you need a door opened for you, just call (423) 892-1020 and someone will let you in.
How often is housekeeping?
Housekeeping (including laundry) is done on a weekly basis.
Is there someone who provides haircuts?
We have a beautician available Wednesday-Friday. Appointments are made with Linda Martin. You may reach her at (423) 314-2503.
Is there a limit to the number of guests residents can have?
There are no limits to guests. However, if you plan on dining at our facility during your visit, we ask that you notify our office manager, Tina Walters, so that we are able to prepare the right amount of food.
Can we reserve private space?
Our multi-purpose room is available for reservations. Contact Tina Walters to check availability.
Can pets visit?
Leashed pets are welcome to visit!
Is smoking permitted in the facility?
For the safety and welfare of all residents and staff, we are a non-smoking facility. There are designated smoking areas in the outdoor areas.
Where should I park when I come to visit?
You can park anywhere in our parking lot. None of the spaces are reserved. There are 2 handicap spots provided near the door should you need them.
Do the residents have television access?
We have cable television available to our residents in the lobbies. Digital antennas can be used for local channels, but cable television must be purchased separately through Comcast. We have a technician available to do the setup and to fix any technical issues that may arise.
What do I do if I have personnel concerns?
Please contact our Director of Operations, Stacey Bennett, should you have any personnel concerns.
